JT's injunction ran out. He had the injunction in place for quite some time but then it ran out I believe.

ffs do english footballers doing anything else in their spare time apart from shagging grannies/tarts/hookers/team-mates birds/each other ?? Instead of pointing the finger of blame at capello or whatever *word censored* is stupid enough to manage them why dont the media and fans question whether the players will ever be professional enough - it isnt like they dont need to improve their technical skills is it ?

Fair point, but I don't see why you'd be granted a media injunction anyway. The only legitimate reason I can see to force a story to hide would be if it risked lives (for example, if a load of documents about the country's nuclear deterrant system had been leaked or something), or caused mass hysteria.

The only thing a footballer's affair is going to affect is his public image and therefore his wallet.

England footballers (with the exception of Gibbs, Theo, Wilshere and dare I say Beckham) are a bunch of right *word censored*.

If it's their private life which they feel the press are encroaching on then having an injunction granted is fair enough if you ask me.

Why should England fans care?

I doubt Chelsea fans care, as Terry, Cashley, Lampard, etc. are awesome for them - and Rio, Rooney, Gerrard, etc. have been awesome for their clubs, too.

Yes, they're *word censored* who shag around, but if it's not effecting their club form, then it's not an excuse/reason for them being shit for England.

The balance and lack of technically gifted players in the reason England are crap, and that isn't going to change by forcing them to become better human beings.

Cristiano Ronaldo seems to shag around, and has been linked with hookers, yet he's the best player in the world.... make of that what you will.
