I forgot to add the hens are delighted and I am looking forward to fresh eggs and loads of little chicks, as I have gone all self sufficient.

I had a back lawn marked out as a footie pitch with goals and everything(a very very small one I must add)
But my littlun and his mates are too big for it now, and windows smashing would have been a cert.
So it was a good way of banning them totally form the back garden, plus relieving me of keeping an eye on the little fuckers.
