You think maybe while the copper is driving at top speeds, chasing a man in a car, he didn't have the greatest look at the bloke's face? What's he supposed to do when he doesn't know what the suspect looks like and sees someone legging it away from the scene? WHAT A PILLOCK! there was a gap between the two buses and he went between the car he knocked into before and the bus!
