Building work at Clock End

Couldn't help notice the building work just starting at the rear of the Clock End. I THINK Arsenal own this ground. I assume it's more apartments. Can anyone confirm.

Ashburton, the clock end at Highbury is long gone :cry: (the whole sports hall complex has been engulphed by the new apartment block)

Supposedly the club delayed the Queensland Rd project because the Highbury flats didn't sell as quick as quick as possible... what makes them think a bunch of flats on (being fair) the shitter side of the tracks will sell any quicker in the same recession? :banghead:
