Are England getting the most out of Wilshere?

No doubt you will all have opinions on Jack WIlshere's form so far this season and all have expectations of how far he can go as a player.
I currently run a website called shouts from the stands and have written an article looking into Wilshere following his first England start in Copenhagen.
