Did anyone see the highlights of the Heiniken cup final in Cardiff. If anything summed up how PC and crap supporting a premiership club has become then this is it.
Two groups of fans with little or no segregation, STANDING UP AND DRINKING BEER while watching the game.
i have never felt envious of rugby fans but this is as close as i will ever get, WE can't be trusted to stand, WE cant be trusted to drink beer.
The pc brigade are killing our club and killing the game.

I know a lot of people from Leinster and most of them don't give a feck about Rugby. I bet most of them were just there for the craic.... And I already questioned on a separate thread just how genuine some of the Saints "fans" are.

It's easy to stand next to the opposition fans, drink beer and shake hands at the end (grope and kiss in rugby speak) when actually the result isn't the be all and end all for you.

It's the very passion involved in football that prevents us acting in the same way.....and amen to that !

We had Leinster, Stade Francais, Northampton and Harlequins supporters walking around town all weekend proudly showing their colours not a bit of trouble
