BOCA JUNIORS OFFICIAL MATCH THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

BOCA JUNIORS OFFICIAL MATCH THREAD

Post by Dan_85 »

Why the delay?! We have a game today dammit! Aren't you all excited?!

I've been up since 6am doing excercises in preparation for three hours of Mexican waving this afternoon, it's gonna be super-awesome!

Prediction: 10-0 to The Arsenal, including a double hat trick from Rosicky.

One Arsene Wenger! :barscarf:

Saddens me to say I have very little interest in this weekend, I wont be in attendance or even watching on tv. I have renewed red membership but no plans to use it at the moment

I'm actually quite in the mood for watching this (probably because of the dearth of live football this summer). I've got £10 on a PSG / Arsenal double for today at 5/2, which should liven things up.

There's no way I'd have stumped up the £25 to attend this, but it's still good seeing TH14 back at Arsenal. Although I'm not sure if he'll get any game time today.

I see my £50 on my silver membership is paying dividends already as we got live commentary no less (who needs picture) happening on arsenal player later. Outstanding work men in suits.

Unless my eyes deceive me, that's a 60,000 sell-out there for the PSG vs. NYRB game.

The Club sent out an email last week to people attending this weekend’s games. It was based around 'Frequently Asked Questions'. There were some classics:

Can I go out of the stadium between games?

Is there a cash point inside the stadium?

What time do the doors open?

Can I take food and drink in to the stadium?

And my favourite:

I am coming straight from the airport, can I bring my luggage?

Anyone know if henry is even on the bench? Be nice if he got a little run out both days

He is on the bench but not expected to play until tomorrow.
Glad we didn't buy Blaise Matuidi, he is shit! We were linked with him for a couple of seasons.

Costs 9 quid a month in England doesn't it? I've got it, and am sure I pay for it?
