On Monday the British Parliarment are going to debate wether or not the electorate should be given the opportunity to stay within the E.U.,leave it,or re-negotiate the terms under which we remain within the treaty.
I,if given the chance, would vote to leave the E.U.
What about the rest of you?

What is this the homosexual thread where forum members let the world know what most of us have been thinking about them for a while now anyway? :?

Whilst I admire your guts to come out in the open in such a hostile enviroment as the Online Gooner Basement, please try to keep the thread on topic, honeys.

Your not allowed to vote Reb. :D

The UK has been paying too much for too long.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe ... .stm#start

As the Irish are receiving about a third of the UK contribution....I definately want out.

I was in Spain recently and couldn't help but notice that the road system was fantastically good. With fuck all traffic on it. All paid for by the good old Brits and the Germans. :banghead:

Time to look after ourselves and drop out the EU. Doesn't germany own half the eu countries now after all the financial aid they've given out?
Was in Cyprus last week and still can't believe that they joined the euro,it's certainly weakened their economy. Astoundingly, the small village that my family are from now has 45% of its population consisting of eastern european migrant workers. Strangely local crime has increased, can't think why?

It was mental creating a currency system that tried to incorporate industrial germany with drive-in-the-shade pay-no-tax greece. It would be uncomfortable even with fiscal union, without it its bloody suicide.

I've listened to a lot of squirming and bullshit, but I've still yet to hear the arrogant "centre-left" mob apologise for trying to take us into that mess. Joining the Euro was always presented as the "progressive" option. I've suspected for a long time that that term is a load of hot air but this proves it.

And leaving aside the economic train crash that is European Integration, I'd quite like my democracy back please.
