On advice, I have deleted the “More racism in footballâ€

sorry mods Not that i made any homophobic comments or racially abused anyone like but I suppose I did slag off FatChaz a bit which probably does sort of count as cyber bullying/ abusing (much though he was actually a decent enough lad who was quite game and was happy to defend himself and throw insults back) so I am in the wrong along with a few others

was a canny thread like, quite enjoyed it at the time but aye, it went a bit far

Oh I agree there were parts that were hilariously funny (some for all the wrong reasons). But honestly once either homophobic abuse/hate or racial abuse/hate come into it then it has to go.

The cyber bullying thing is a huge grey area though. One man's exchange of banter is another's bullying. Most of what was on it was slagging/banter but there were elements that were plainly abusive and bullying.

What it comes down to is any member of the public can complain to the site hosts and as happened last time the host will simply pull the plug on us until it is sorted. And then there is the possibility that the owners of the site will just say "you know what? I don't need this fucking hassle" and close the place permanently.

There are few rules on here but there are a couple that have to be considered.

I'm glad you deleted the thread. Fat Chaz was giving us students a bad name.

I apologise for all my comments and admit it could have been seen as cyber bullying, but I think I speak for Safc as well, when I say it was mostly just a case of banter and come backs to fatchaz posts.

I dont think there was any racial abuse in there, only fatchaz accusing people of being racist, which is how it started. As for homophobia, I suppose there was but from each of us mostly in a banterish way, although someone did compare not being educated to being homosexual, which was a tad over the line but that was not me.

As for the fat abuse, well I'm fat and half of the forum probably is going by our demographics, the only reason I said that was because it obviously hit a nerve with Chaz. I still think Chaz is a troll or re reg troll, but that isnt an excuse, so I am sorry.
