It's a genuine question! - I've not had many dealings with him, but I was under the impression he was one of the .com'ers over here on the wind up, no? - in fact, I thought he was banned from here?

Seriously there surely is no way iceman would be a mod on here is there ? Can somebody please clarify this ?

I can certainly clarify that the username "iceman" logged on as a moderator this evening - I definitely wasn't doing a Hlebby either!

I don't know who the Iceman is that you lot seem to think it might be, but whoever it is, it's not him.

Iceman is a dummy account which I've been using to test out some of the moderator functionality. It was originally set up in 2006, but has never been used for posting.

So, it wasn't a moan as such - just a mixture of amusement and astonishment... and, of course, as you said you basically accepted all offers to mod this place last month, all of a sudden, a crazy appointment like that (even if it would involve lifting his ban) didn't seem out the question, after all!
