Sorry to hear that.

I know excellent Osteopath and Physio who can help heal it. PM me if you need details.

Otherwise up your protein intake and take coconut oil to speed up healing.

Thanks they just booked me another appointment in 3 weeks, and only gave me vague statements like do not use it to much! i have a full time job and need to get about, but at the same time i don't want to mess it up.

attending CL final in Munich?

If the fracture is not dislocated and you don´t stress it too much (walk, run and bear a weight as little as possible!) it should heal in 3-4 weeks.

been to munich and berlin and liked them both

cool so should be on the mend for German trip, if i don't go to heavy on it.

Yes.
If necessary go to Munich - Großhadern University Clinic. I worked there - great doctors!

I had one a year or so ago and ended up with one of those big boots on my foot for a few weeks. Can't remember the exact details of how long - for obvious reasons.

You're probably still wearing it. But you actually think it's a shoe. Which perfectly matches the blue pumpkin on the other foot.
