Not sure if this should go here or cannonballs but...obviously the wanker's trial starts today. What do we reckon, slap on the wrist?
Best thing to come out thus far, Ferdinand admitted after Terry abused him he said "'How can you call me a *word censored*, you shagged your team-mate's Mrs, you're the *word censored*"
Top class banter!

The thing is it hardly matters to Terry whether or not he gets a criminal record. It would spell the end of his international career which is arguably dead anyway, Chelsea will stand by him and I wouldn't have thought it would particularly hold him back in his next line of employment whatever that may be.

Apparently the maximum punishment will be a £2500 fine, in the event the chav is found guilty.
Outrageous.

This is the crucial part - if you or me said when he did at a match then we would be banned from all football grounds for 3 years but this c**t will only get a fine ??

Wtf is a £2.5k fine to someone who earns more than that in an hour ?

Why the fcuk don't they ban the c**t from all football grounds like they do with fans ? Is it the fa or law courts that hand out the 3 year bans ? Either way, there is no fcuking way in the world I would accept a 3 year ban if all that chav c**t gets is a fine

The Chavs will give him a pay-rise if he's found guilty. Racist abuse is loyal service at that place.

After the match, Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole apparently told him: 'You can't talk to JT like that.'
Fucking bell end. It says everything about Cashley.

No! mate what he meant was you have to go through his agent - who also arranges all his ex-marital affairs!

I can refer to a mate as black, and on occasion call him a

, but if I used those two words together it carries another connotation in meaning. I would get a well deserved slap too.

It'll be interesting to see what effect Ferdinand not hearing the abuse has. Here in my cell I can call anybody anything I choose without fear of recrimination. Do we know if any of the players or officials heard it or was it just the lipreaders watching the TV?

I think a few QPR players stepped forward and said they heard him say it. The only way to find out for sure is to see who stands up in court.

Dan Roan has been tweeting throughout the trial, here are the updates.
"Terry in grey suit and pink tie"
- Good to see he's taking it seriously
"The Crown alleges Terry said to Anton Ferdinand, "Fuck off, Fuck off...fucking black c***, fucking knobhead"
"Alleged abuse "probably in response to physical gestures being made by Mr Ferdinand which the defendant understood to refer to the well publicised allegation of an extra-marital affair with a team-mate's wife".
- Is that an excuse?
"Defence case is that words "uttered by way of sarcastic exclamation or enquiry in relation to a perceived accusation by Mr Ferdinand.."
- So he SARCASTICALLY called the guy a black *word censored*????
"Crown confirms neither Ashley Cole or Jon Obi Mikel - both close to alleged incident - will be called by prosecution"
"Terry tells FA that Ferdinand was the first person to utter the words "black c***...I think he's accusing me of calling him a black c***"."
-
"Defence in effect accusing AF of deliberately falsely accusing JT of racial abuse on the pitch in order to provoke a reaction."
- but terry has admitted saying it...

Will he get 8 games from the FA like Suarez if found guilty then ? Will he be able to restrain himself if Chelsea win the chairty shield and hes in the stands serving a ban or will he be down there like a shot again?

If he gets a criminal conviction the FA will surely have no option but to punish him to at least the same extent as Suarez, him getting prosecuted suits them down to the ground as it circumvents the need for them to hold a farcical investigation and hearing.
