Re: Bayern Home
Not if we play like today! We'll get shafted.
Re: Bayern Home
TKO, round of 16. As usual.

Re: Bayern Home
back to earth with a bump, the usual dry bumming,we will still be tying our laces while Bayern go 3 up,tippy tappy nonsense guaranteed ,and that will be only when the games already over,up till then it will be a Bayern whirlwind,2-4

Re: Bayern Home
Got to go for it.
Use Gnabry or The Ox wide midfield please.
But I think it will be too much tippy-tappy from our highly skilled but slower Cazorla, Rosicky and Ozil.

Re: Bayern Home
Based on Barcelona (x2) and Bayern last year I don't think we'll get time for tippy-tappy.
They had such a good team last year that it was overlooked how effective their tactics were. They identified the Vermaelen/Podolski axis down the left as week and constantly overloaded it with two or three players. Will be interesting to see if they'll try anything similar this time.

Re: Bayern Home
Ribery and Shaqiri are both out for this one which should alter my prediction from 4-0 to a 3-0 to them.

Re: Bayern Home
Not actually bothered if we lose.
I don't want to even try for the CL. We're not good enough to win it. Would rather a FA Cup run.

Ribery will probably be replaced by Goetze and I don't think Shaqiri has been anything near regular starter for Bayern, so I'm not sure how much positives there are to be taken out of this news - welcome though it is.MrT wrote:Ribery and Shaqiri are both out for this one which should alter my prediction from 4-0 to a 3-0 to them.

With Ox, pod and Gnabry - 2-2.
With no pace and width - totally dicked = 0-4. Or more.

Hence why I altered my prediction from 4 to 3. Hardly positive.I Hate Hleb wrote:Ribery will probably be replaced by Goetze and I don't think Shaqiri has been anything near regular starter for Bayern, so I'm not sure how much positives there are to be taken out of this news - welcome though it is.MrT wrote:Ribery and Shaqiri are both out for this one which should alter my prediction from 4-0 to a 3-0 to them.
