Watford ticket sales

Anyone know why phone sales went tits up yesterday ? Rang up when it went 35+ only to be told by a guy he couldn't sell me any!!!As I don't have accsess to a computer( don't seem to be able to get on the online sales via an iPhone??!!) I shit out!!!

I've seen a few people say they purchased tickets but didn't go through with Arsenal so they're now without one.
Eticketing site always works on my iphone btw.

I have noticed on a few games that some of the priority booking windows they have it noted that they will not be accepting any telephone sales only online sales. Not sure if this was the case for Watford on 35 credits.
