Russian M.P. Igor Lebedev has called for hooliganism to be legalised and made into a "spectator sport" called "Draka",Russian for fight. :shock: :banghead:

Was he seen at Didcot on Saturday, visiting the power station to nucklify it and called by to watch the Town play ?
