However I have no issue with female officials. Don’t see any reason why they should be any better or worse than their male counterparts

That's something I can never get my head around - it's like expecting a 5 star michelin restaurants to finance your local chippy Isnt Financial Fair Play all about making clubs live within their own means and only spending what they themselves can generate ?
