Dybala struggles to break 10 goals a season in Serie Morgue, we need someone to come in and immediately score 20 in the league next season and it ain't him.

Initial contact has now been made between Arsenal & Man City. Whether they pursue a deal for Jesus remains to be seen, but Arteta is a huge admirer. Arsenal will wait to see what European competition they qualify for this weekend before deciding their next move. [@JamesOlley] https://t.co/SAee889hA7
If that is true, and of course it may well not be  , but if it is, it is so indicative of just how ass backward the club is run. Wait on our final position to sign a player, but fucking rush head on into giving the manager a contract extension before he has achieved anything or we see what the final outcome of the season is ; failure or success!

Arsenal's 26-year-old Ivory Coast winger Nicolas Pepe - who joined for a club record fee of £72m in 2019 - is frustrated at his lack of game time and could push for a move away. (Mirror)

 "Push for a move away"!??? He couldn't push a shopping trolley around fuckin Waitrose! :banghead:

Meanwhile, the Gunners are expected to bid £35m for Manchester City's Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus, 25, who is set to leave following Erling Haaland's arrival. (football.london)

Yeah! Sure he is EXACTLY what we need, a burly, 6' 4" striker with pace who can collect and hold the ball, whilst holding off the oppositions CB's and then bring the rest of our attackers into play

And Arsenal chiefs are holding talks over whether to sell Brazilian defender Gabriel Magalhaes this summer, with a £51m fee being touted for the 24-year-old, who has been linked with Juventus. (Tuttosport - in Italian)

Does this mean Saliba is definitely returning??? Or will they offer Holding a contract extension and wage rise like they did with Clive?

If Juve want gabriel, tell them we'll take de ligt in swap deal, otherwise tell them to fcuk off

🚨 || Benfica want Bernd Leno, but Arsenal’s asking price of nothing less than €10m (£8.5m) complicates matters [Via - @CMJornal].

I hope to fuck that last bit was rhetorical. OBG

This is Kroenke's Arsenal FFS, if it is stupid, pointless, not what we need or all of the above you can almost guarantee we will do it :barscarf:

Arsenal will target ‘quality not quantity’ in the transfer market this summer, with the club ready to significantly back Mikel Arteta again. Arteta has told Edu & chief executive Vinai Venkatesham he wants two top players in every position. [Standard] #afc https://t.co/YUcR3RT7w1

Arsenal have a meeting scheduled with Bukayo Saka’s agent at the end of the current season. The club are preparing a proposal for a contract extension. Saka is in love with Arsenal & there has always been a positive feeling, but negotiations are at early stages. [@FabrizioRomano] https://t.co/SoAEiC2ea9

By my count that makes us about 15 players short, and I'm wearing rose tinted glasses.

Maybe he should temper his ambitions a little by getting 1 top quality player in each position first.....and preferably ones who don't break every other game :banghead:
