Well if they do actually take 'effective action' against them, ie: Deduct Points instead of just fining them which is like pissing in the wind, then surely the chavCUNTS are going to be Hammered at some point!?

The FA have over 100 charges against City for FFP and the punishment will be some sort of weak fine that City can easily pay. The other punishment could be some sort of transfer ban but that will do fuck all to change the numerous titles City won or even affect this season.
