And the corruption continues.
As much as it kills us watching it, that’s modern football. We would all be screaming handball if it was in our favour. Why does he hang his arm out for so long after jumping in the penalty area? And Burnley were defending pretty well and creating the odd chance. They’ll now go in totally demoralised and probably end up losing 3 or 4 nil. We know what we have to do. Win 2 games.

Biggest fraud in world sport is VAR in the Prem. Question is whether it will ever come out. Follow the money.

The FA and UEFA's plan to sabotage it is working perfectly. If enough people complain it will eventually be taken out

Watching it in real time the Burnley defender defending the ball was caught off balance. It is a natural reaction to put your arm up to steady yourself.

You are right that in the modern game it maybe is a penalty but it really should not have been given.

Burnley giving a lesson in how to respond to a perceived injustice and going a goal down. Regroup, adopt a siege mentality and give it a go. Not everyone has to curl up and piss it away in 10 minutes

Good cos it was only modern day w*ankers that ever thought it would work - football is like life in that not every decision will be right, but c.unts demanding 100% correct decisions is why var was brought in and you can see how that is working out🙄 The whole premise of var is that it implies it will get the right decisions, but I’d rather get screwed by man refereeing game than by some retard doing fcuk all in some studio somewhere

Spot on - Burnley deserve to get a result here.
They won’t but they have put up much more of a fight than we did.

And that penalty was far more harsh than the one against us too

Todays fortunate win for them sees us slip out of top4 and tbh i cant see us getting back in now  Fair play to Boornleh though they were on the wrong end of a dubious call and went a goal down..they didnt curl up and take it unlubed up the fartbox though..unlike our shower of pussies did on thurs.Well not win at Toon tomorrow and that'll be that folks.

Yeah I feel the same and let's be clear about this supposed rejuvenated Newcastle too. In this mythical good run they've played all of the top four in the last two months

Played 4 Lost 4 Scored 1 Conceded 12

A half decent team with the slightest amount of bottle goes there and wins

We're in exactly the same position, we were in yesterday and will be this time tomorrow. Go to a poor Newcastle side and win and beat a fifth from bottom Everton and we finish above the scum and in 4th. In my mind, we should have more than enough to get six points from these two games.
