other matches this weekend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

45,000 crowd for the biggest game of their season
It's just typical scum.... build a stadium with one thousand more seats than the bigger club in North London, and then only half fill the fucker for your biggest game of the season. How very sperzy.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been left out of the Gabon squad after scans carried out by CAF show suspected heart problems.

Axel Meyé and Mario Lemina are also ruled out for the same reason.

Medically retire him and claim the insurance.

Our performance and result against Everton is now looking even more pathetic than it already was

Martinez, showing why we off loaded him, I honestly believe he thrived in empty stadiums and thankfully helped us win the fa cup!

Villa comeback against Munichs! :barscarf:

I don't mind Villa as it goes, my Dad used to live up there years ago late '80's & '90's so I went to plenty of Villa games, saw them beat Middlesex, Nazis' Spammers & Murderers at VP, Villa mates said I was a lucky omen. :barscarf:

Villa always a decent place for a drink, locals are sound up in Erdington, apart from the odd European Cup stuff, still I retort with how many leagues have u won in this & last centuries as basically they are a Victorian glory club! :barscarf:

 Must admit I wanted us to keep him and fuck Leno off instead, but had we done that we may never have brought in Ramsdale who has been a revelation!.

United are dire. They are caught in a trap of having multiple average players who they paid too much for, and given the transfer fee feel obligated to make it work. Maguire 80m, Fred 47m, Wan Bissaka 50m, Shaw 30m. There is some salvation in Shaw but he is very overrated. Wan Bissaka plays 40 games for Palace and then United drop 50m on him, a right back. I know transfer fees have exploded but 50m for a right back - you had better be some Dani Alves disciple. But Wan Bissaka is just a generic right back with many imitations. As for Harry Maguire, this has to be the worst signing in premier league history. United hae gone and made a Michael Dawson disciple the most expensive defender in history.

If we dont finish above them this year, it would be a disaster, Ronaldo or no Ronaldo.

It really is us v Spurs for 4th place.

City & Chelsea should be wary as Burnley now have 5 (yes 5) games in hand on them.
