Happy Invincibles Day!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

And many happy returns.

You see they are not as special as the media would like you to believe

TFFT :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

good game though.

you have to be fair to City though - their best player by a mile was not in action. if De Bruyne was playing it wouldn't have been close.

and some retard on BBC said ' this puts spurs right back in the race"

Can't doubt City's bottle after that, need to do it against 'lesser' teams.
Still only one Invincibles. It is important even if we are currently miles off the pace.

Absolutely ecstatic after that result tonight - have to say that I find myself absolutely absorbed in the game of football again this season, and after spending the last few seasons drifting away, I find this very pleasing :barscarf:

Seeing Kompany in action tonight reminded me of just how shambolic are back four is and has been for about 10 years. A great game of football with a very pleasing result.

Arsena forever.
Liverpool will always have at least one L. Just as Heysel will always have one.

Only one Invincibles. :barscarf: 8)

But oh hang on does this mean Stupid Teeth hasn't won the league in early January?

There's gonna be a few Stupid Teeth worshippers distraught on here.

One thing that really stood out last night (apart from the strap on Spuddy's missus uses on him  ) was just how fucking proper shit Sterling is. So reminds me of Feo Feo - all pointless running with very little end product and a penchant for panicking and picking the wrong option 9 times out of 10.

When that ball dropped at his feet 12 yards out, the goal gaping like Spuddy's bludgeoned arsehole after his missus has finished, I just knew he'd skew it and he promptly did. If the net had been his ex girlfriend he'd have fucking hit it.

Oh no I di-int. Oh yes I di-id.

Welcome back Spuddy old mate. 8)

I thought he was solid as can be.......the "he should have been sent off" tackle was an added bonus. To think they paid 6m for him. Bought a lump of coal who became a diamond. Something Wenger always tried to do, except every "lump of coal" he bought on the cheap remained a lump of coal. Or turned to shit.
