League Cup semi-final - 20/01

Dear All,
I would be extremely pleased if anybody would have or know if their is a way to obtain three tickets for the EFL S.F. on the 20th.
My brother and I are looking to take my father(now 86) as a birthday treat. Happy to look at Club Level should anybody have any contacts, knowledge of seats in this area. The Club's Hospitality packages are a little out of our league, especially at this time of year!!
