What a great performance - lets be honest, its a pleasure to watch at the moment isn't it?

This really has been the best spell of football under Arteta by far. The defence is gelling nicely, the midfield has a much better balance now that Partey is starting to shine, and the front 4 are on fire.

Of course its the ultimate test on Wednesday but just happy to be actually enjoying watching us for once - it has been a while!

Odegaard is a dream boat, such an elegant player, a superb passer. Absolute Rolls Royce of a player, build this team around him, give him a lethal striker and he’ll run the show.

He has played well today though.

Rob I had my reservations when we went in for him in the summer but I’ve seen enough of him now to know there’s a very special player there. He’s a beautiful passer of the ball, can find space when there’s seemingly none and creates bucket loads of chances (in a team without a top class striker). If you pair him with a guy that can finish he will set up shit loads of goals.

Even the manner of the chances he creates is special, lovely dinked passes or flicks around the corner.

He got that unique ability to see the play unfold around him in slow motion and play the killer ball.

He can go on to be a world class talent in my book, I just hope he goes and does it now.
