Funnily enough, I was in the stadium that this game is being played in, on Jan 1st 2020 while checking the Arsenal v Man Utd score the entire time.
The score - https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/50908732
The reason I was in the stadium- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Citrus_Bowl (no I don’t like American college ‘football,’ but nutbag yanky ex did).

Tbh, I'd take watching 10 one legged Xhakas and Tavares in goal tonight after catching some some of the Women's Euros games during the summer break.

I would watch this under normal circumstances but 1am is the time the BangBabes flash the gash so I’ll be otherwise engaged.

I thought Tavares was going on loan to Atlanta. God I hope so.
The biggest killer last year was the wingbacks, Tomi ant KT are quality but Tavares and Cedric were suspect, particularly Tavares who is a constant accident waiting to happen.
With Zinchenko and Saliba, we have fixed the problem. Zinchenko at LB is more than worthy replacement for KT, infact you could argue a case for Zinchenko. As for RB and back up for Tomiyasu. Saliba quality means you can pair him with Gabriel and play White at RB.
If Arteta is serious about climbing the ladder he needs to limit the amount of game time the poorest players in the squad get. Tavares and Cedric are among our most unreliable players. Thankfully Arteta genuinely seems to want to improve and is making the changes rather than dithering. I am convinced if Wenger were still manager he would have continued with the Tavares experiment. Let him go to Atlanata and see how he does in Serie A. If he does well we can welcome him back, if he doesn't he could put himself in the shop window and we make a profit on him.
Still thinkhe would get Teilimans and keep Xhaka. ZInchenko can also play midfield. Beter to have more depth than less.

4-0 (Jesus, Odegaard, Saka, Sambi)
Pre season games means f*ck all but it is encouraging to see how seamlessly Jesus has settled into the side. The way he receives the ball and turns the defender with a drop of a shoulder is eye catching and something we have missed with Auba and Lacazette. Jesus for the price we paid for him may turn out to be the signing of the season.
Saliba didn't have too much defending to do today but he looked absolute class when he did. He has this nonchalant style and makes defending looks so easy, a truly Rolls Royce of a centre back.
Zinchenko had a good game as well, his passing was top notch with one standout diagonal to Saka.

Just watched the highlights on .com
The boys up top all looked very sharp - Martinelli must play a key role this season, even if it means Smith Rowe is a sub.
Did we get a trophy for that ?
Jesus has settled in so well
