When is the club gonna get rid of the cartoon club badge that replaced our classic old Arsenal badge? :barscarf:

Where is George Grahams tribute? :barscarf:

George was there , he is on the wrap. He should have a statue as well though.
Where was George?
On the East stand bit, to the left of Bertie Mee who is holding both trophies 🏆 from the double in 71.

Not a massive fan apart from the East Stand and 2 Cannon ones. The rest look quite cheap.

Would have preferred electronic screens with the updated version of old stadium wraps, and intermittent updates with the new wraps.

Also I know we can't ignore that our women's team is the most successful women's team, but it's a bit OTT. Again if it was electronic, they could have changed one or multiple to show that on the occasions they plat their games at the stadium.

Opportunity missed unfortunately! :(

Not having a dig at you personally here mate, but I don't see why we can't ignore the women's team? We've ignored the kids teams on it and they all play at a higher standard than any women's team.

If the women want equality they should start their own game, finance it themselves, build their own stadia, and earn it. All they've done is leech off the men's game. I find it sickening.

He could buy his own statue from the bung money he trousered buying sh!te like Chris Kiwomya and Eddie frickin’ McGoldrick!

Loads of accusations about Lord Wonga taking kickbacks from transfer deals, Amaury Bischoff anyone? :rubchin:

That would explain some of the absolute tons of total crap of that Wenger signed over the decades, do you want a fcuking list 'cause it will take up the rest of this page? :rubchin:

The French media recently labeled Wenger "FIFA's butler" during the World Cup, he was justifying the criminals & bungs involved, whilst he trousers a very large wedge coming up with shite ideas, like a World Cup every two years. When he was manager at Arsenal he used to always moan about too many international games! FFS! :censored:

The Arsene FC AKB cult still worship their lord & master over The Arsenal, no manager is bigger than the club, not even Herbert Chapman. :barscarf:

Fuck Arsene FC founded 1996, this is The Arsenal founded 1886. :barscarf:

Cool your jets there Arsene. :box:

GG was the only one punished for taking bungs. The likes of Cloughie and Rednose were all up to it (allegedly etc) and Rednose was actually caught at it but was cunning enough to hand the money to manure quickly enough to get away with it. It was rampant in the game back then.

GG was, is, and always will be, an Arsenal Legend, both as player and manager. 8)

Wenger was a great manager for about ten years and then nearly destroyed the club to appease his own ego.

Exactly and then factor in the huge wage wenger was on compared to what GG was on even considering the time difference.

What pissed me off about wenger recently was him visiting the Emirates for the first time, funny its when we are top of the league playing great football, he's only turned up to take the credit in some bizarre way, he's a narcissist.

It's a shame GG didn't get the first invincibles, one fuckin game, ONE.

Usually it's always opposition supporters taking digs at GG & Arsenal for taking unsolicited payments. Don't forget he was not charged with criminal proceedings by the police.

There's always been an extremist Wenger worshiping AKB element in our support who hate to give George Graham any credit for achieving 2 league championships as a manager & 2 European Cups. They slag him off for bungs & deny the foundation & players he introduced at the club for Arsene Wenger to active further League championship titles. :banghead:

I reckon most of the Wenger AKB types were not supporters during the George Graham era, as they slag the players & team off & then slag the manager off exactly just like opposition supporters do. They have been brainwashed by media & other fans. :cussing:

Anyone slagging George Graham off is not a proper Gooner, but I suppose if you believe Arsene FC was founded in 1996 you'll believe anything! :rubchin:

The AKB's might as well slag off Herbert Chapman, Joe Shaw, George Allison, Tom Whittaker, Bertie Mee whilst they are at it. :banghead:

It's Arsenal FC 1886, embrace & respect our history, no one man is more important than the club! :barscarf:

It did irk me at the time that Arsenal kind of threw GG under the bus by sacking him whilst the other two kept their reputations intact, even though they were also found to be guilty. My mate painted a banner in protest and we exhibited it at the Forest game that night. We nearly got thrown out the ground. The Wenger legend took off on the foundations built by Graham.

Absolutely bang on the money. There's no denying Wenger built a brilliant team for the 98 Double but equally one can't deny it was built on the foundations of GG's team.

I was devestated at the way GG was done. I read in his autobiography that he was going to resign at the end of that season and had a sweet severance package in place and he firmly believed the only reason Arsenal sacked him was so they didnt have to pay him.

Fair play to you and your mate btw. 8)

I still consider GG as our greatest manager,we were however in a steep decline and the board saw his indiscretion as an opportunity to take what was still, despite our form, an unpopular decision.
I had been calling for him to go and was glad when he did, although the club should have had the balls to do it months before, based on performances!
That said when Rioch was announced as his successor, I just despaired at the least inspired appointment I'd ever seen
