Help me out here.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sorry to hear about both your moms. I lost my parents a few years ago and miss them both.

I'm so sorry to hear this, old chap. Take care, look after your mum and yourself and don't worry about us. We'll be fine just swearing at each other for as long as it takes.

Thanks lads, I really appreciate the kind wishes. She is in no pain and we are thankful for that.

McD sorry for your loss buddy. Its a tough time. Went through it with my dad 15 years ago and now going through the same thing with our mom is sureal. Stay strong McD.

Thanks guys,she had dementia for the last 5/6 yrs ,it was hard just seeing her wilt away,lying in a bed not aware of who was around her ,so in a way its a relief for her and us.

My mum went the same way horrible to witness.
I put a picture on my fridge of her when she was younger and smiling and gradually that replaced the image I had in my head of her last days.
