Havertz the new xhaka. Ice seen enough to judge. Awful player we play with 10 men...same old same old 0 ruthlessness. No improvement on last season.

A win's a win. Things to work on. Too much buggering about and switching off.

Arteta needs to have a long, honest look in the mirror and realise that his approach to defence will cost us trophies.

He played two people at left back today when one of the best LBs in the league isn't even in the squad.

At two nil up, Forest should have been put to the sword. No mercy. We shouldn't be hanging on at the end.

We look way more solid away from home than we do at the emirates. That’s something that plagued us last season and will do again this time around unless we get our fucking shit together and fast.

It is all about the 3pts I guess, but arteta's team selection and his massive blindspot with havertz (last week and today) are a serious concern

Ramsdales still flaky, Raya cant arrive soon enough
Ben white might be an average RB but he should be banned from CB
Partey......eh......not a defender
Havertz....another great cheski swindle.

Above all legohead need to drop his own wenger like ego and start picking the best 11, not the legoheads favorites 11.........if he doesnt we'll suffer

We have basically got rid of xhaka who was like playing with 10 men and simply swapped that for havertz. The effect is the same. Wtf was anyone thinking...so pleased no xhaka so we actually have 11 actual players and then we go and sign this prick. And we basically bacj to square 1. So irritating.

A proper manager would see that and also sign a proper striker. Everyone knows its a huge gap for us but those in charge don't care/want to be proved wrong..

This is the rock arteta will found on...too stubborn. Wenger disciple at his best. We will no doubt do ok but will be the same story for years now us being a couple of top players away from the big stuff and arteta do f all about it yet most fans being happy as we are close...that what I predict for the next few seasons...hopefully I am proven wrong.

Thats my miserable prediction for the season!!!

Merry Christmas!

Just so similar to the West ham and Liverpool games. Total control and we ease off and end up clinging on or giving it away. Depressing no lessons learned it seems.

City would break sweat in a game like this. Cool.calm control.

Typical fucking performance, spending the last 15 mins biting our nails and all self inflicted.

Why did he fuck about with the back four?! If he wanted a right back that could move into midfield, then leave out White. Why the fuck drop Gabriel and move White to centre back??

He shouldn't have messed with the back four full stop. Stupid idea to want to play Partey at RB, but very worryingly I can only think of one reason why....so that he moves Partey out of midfield to create space to play Havertz.

As someone said earlier, Havertz is going to be our new Xhaka. The one player we don't want in the side, but one of the manager's favourites who'll always play. The bloke offered absolutely nothing today. Even basic passes tend to bumble along under-hit. Why the fuck did Captain Black take off Martinelli, who was causing plenty of problems and leave on Havertz?

Before someone says we need to give him a chance and that we can't judge him after a couple of games, well I've been judging him over 3 poor years at the chavs. I've no idea why we bought the bloke and we'll see much less of Trossard, who's far better, as a result. £65 million :banghead:

Final note, more evidence that Partey needs to go.

Failing to boss his penalty area from crosses and letting the ball from a back pass run across his body while taking an eternity to kick it out - two things that have haunted his game for a while now and both reared their ugly head in that second half - will be what relegates Ramsdale to the bench before the month is out.

Flakey.
