Arteta on White and Calafiori:
Ben it was my decision to take him out. He had a yellow and we had enough playing 10 men in the last period. With Riccy he had to come off because he felt something. I don’t know the extent of it but it’s not good news.

He had a yellow and was playing shit ..... again :banghead: I have coached adult teams and underage teams and have always told players that you do not tackle with your hands and arms, and yet this donut keeps giving away soft free's for pushing and pulling opposotion players  :cussing:

The game was so bad that 10 mins into the 2nd half I turned over to watch Madrid and Dortmund.

Why the fuck was Trossard allowed to take that penalty, Havertz should have taken it.

Watching Vicinus jnr last night,I'd love to have him at Arsenal but fear if we did ever sign him Arteta would play him as a defensive midfielder

With all these (unnecessary ) injuries thanks to that fat dumb as fuckCunt Carsley and the Red cards I'm not usually a Doom Merchant but with Saka, Odegaard & Saliba missing our season is beginning to unravel already.

We have ONE INJURY that maybe can be attributed to Carsley (saka) - how about focusing on the cone boy playing him to the point of exhaustion, as well as over-playing calafiori straight after an injury :rubchin: Timber's injury and odeargod's injury has nothing to do with carsley or england

I'm not normally brief and concise, but need to be so more often.

So.....a crap performance on the back of a crap performance last Saturday. Lack of creativity and no threat up front. Something is amiss and most of it is a result of piss poor transfer decisions in the summer and the previous summer. Unfortunately, I fear that Arteta is very similar to the Old Fraud and won't acknowledge his mistakes and poor decisions. Get ready for the wheels to come off. We'll be fighting Chelsea, Villa and the scum in a four way fight for two places, 3rd and 4th.

I concur unfortunately  Another habit from le bulbeyes later years was not having a shite performance/result in isolation..There were usually a bunch of them together and looking at our upcoming fixtures I can see that happening here

Well, I hope you’re right my friend, but I’ll guarantee you now that there’ll be no more than a fag paper between us and the scum come May.

I know I’m in the top two or three pessimists (I prefer “realists” ) on here, but I have a strong sense of foreboding that we’re about to implode.

Most managers have a shelf life, especially if they’re winning fuck all and that tends to manifest itself with the players first of all. If the top quality players begin to lose belief and have their heads turned by big clubs that win silverware, then a rot can set in. Regardless of injuries, we’ve been iffy all season and definitely less convincing than last season. Something isn’t right imo.

Win fuck all again and I would not be at all surprised to see Saliba gone next summer and possibly Saka too. Trossard doesn’t seem happy and I’m expecting Arteta to sell him once the season ends. Still, I’m sure we’ll still have Havertz, Jesus and Partey to keep us all happy.

Yep but tbf, they ought to win the Europa, the teams in it are awful since expanded CL and no dropouts from CL.

Only hope there would be united sacking eth and getting a competent manager and maybe they could stop them
