Is there a curse on Ashburton Grove? (10/4)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Is there a curse on Ashburton Grove? (10/4)

Post by gooner.ed »

usual thread starter... there is something not quite right about the new stadium isn't there? or am i just some kind of superstitious fool! not saying this is excusing the lack of work on the training ground though. something is not quite right there either! :?

Not superstitious either, ed, but on a more pragmatic level do believe that the club may have sold its soul to the devil by moving from Highbury. Think about those last scenes with Henry, Cole and Pires...

Superstitions

Ed, I am pleased to say that our luck seems to be changing at the Grove. My little boy found a 1p in "All Arsenal" yesterday before the game, (see a penny, pick it up etc etc) and wished for us to win, and we did! Sorry to whoever lost it but it was worth it!
COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!!! :D :D :D

Thanks STEARMASTER. I was a bit worried when I saw that the old clock had stopped on 12.05 when it was actually 2.45, but it wasn't a problem.
How did you get on in Block 20 with the Bolton lot? :?: :?:
