The ONLY World Cup thread (merged)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Anyone thinking it's gonna be an easy win vs Colombia is fucking bonkers imo.

James rodriguez went off injured today and falcao is their main/only striker, and he is old and slow - england will beat them at a canter.

England should at the very least get to the semi finals. But then again Columbia are a tricky team, even without Rodriguez. I wouldnt be surprised if Columbia win

winnable QF but an extremely tricky match v Colombia.

I bet we lose on penalties with Ospina saving a Harry Kane penalty!

If Pizzaman worked on the easier run in to the final then it is a stroke of genius! :barscarf:
Somehow I doubt it, SCROATia (fuck Modric and Arry's bum boy Cockluka) in the Semi's and Final with Brazil..... :box:

I think Giroud has played really well today.

He's managed not to get in the way of the talented players.

Nice one mate, that was like the opposite of the commentators curse

I'm on holiday and just been kayaking in blistering heat for 3 hours, came back to watch the game and it's not on anywhere here so keeping up with it on mobile, looks like a cracking game.
