Re: other matches this weekend
Any Spurs fans who actually want their team to win tonight are crazy.
They will never ever live down tonight if Arsenal go on to win the title.
Put it this way - any Spurs player who scores a winning goal tonight then that will completely define his whole career, regardless of what else he might achieve.

I expect City to win by 3 or 4 and end the night clear of us on points AND goal difference. However, a very small bit of me feels it is fate that we win it this year, I said it about 10-12 games ago, it IS possible but we need Sp*rs to play at or very near their best and we need City to have an off day......and for a super Brucie bonus I would LOVE it if Rodri got a red card or did his hamstring in the first half an hour.....PLEEEEEEEAAAAASE !!

It's tough for us, but it's equally bad for them...almost worse. They have to win to have any chance of making the CL, which is vitally important to the club, but a win opens the door for us. They must be in utter turmoil.
We've won the league at their shit hole twice, so them beating City could almost be like winning it at their place again. I almost feel sorry for the poor bastards.....nah, no I don't.

My dad (Spurs fan, former Spurs season ticket holder during the 80’s and 90’s etc) wants to win tonight because he wants his team to finish strongly. His rationale was “whether you (Arsenal) win the league or not should have no bearing on us trying to get fourth. Aside that, we’ve had a terrible year, regardless of what Arsenal do.”Gunner Rob wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2024 6:29 pmAny Spurs fans who actually want their team to win tonight are crazy.

He also highlighted that their manger isn’t one to care about rivalry and will want to win.
Saying all that, he thinks they’ll lose because they’re shit.

Can’t believe the space they’re leaving down their left side for Walker. And the playing around at the back is suicidal!

Levy won't let them roll over, he desperately needs that CL moneyArsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2024 7:16 pmMy dad (Spurs fan, former Spurs season ticket holder during the 80’s and 90’s etc) wants to win tonight because he wants his team to finish strongly. That would sum up how small time they really are though - there is still a chance of champions league football for them, and imo that should trump everything else. They gonna need big money to spend in the summer, and rolling over to keep us down wont buy money in their bank account
