Other Matches This Weekend + Monday + Tuesday

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Piquionne's sending off was an utter joke. Why is running into your fans in celebration seen as a bookable offence, when things like abusing the ref (Rooney), card waving, diving etc go unpunished? Even time wasting is fine yet displaying passion while celebrating is considered wrong. Whoever made this rule is a fucking spastic.

Slight tangent but weekend football related

Ryan Shawcross
So what type of player is he? Shawcross' dismissal at Craven Cottage was his third in 11 months.

In a way I want the chavs to find a bit of form as they still have to play ManUre twice. However like us if they stay injury free they are still well in the title race...
