FrankButcher..............

I reckon England have a great chance against Italy but when it comes to the Germans in the semis its all over im afraid. Just cant see England getting enough of the ball to threaten the Germans and the defence has looked very shaky in the last two games.

England certainly have a chance. Spain are the top side for me but even they can be beaten. But it will take real tactical know how to beat them. I fancy England to beat Italy and then it's a case of can they overcome the old bogeyman of Germany?

I cant see them beating Germany in the final playing the 4-6-0 formation they have at times so far in the tournament. They simply wont be able to break down a good defence with no striker or Torres up front playing as poorly as he has.

And as for the fucking Irish

just kidding lads

Really looking forward to the last 2 quarter finals, I miss the first one (due to being at the stadium of light to watch Bruce Springsteen) and expect the second one to be a walk over for the Germans but the other 2 should be very tight. I actually have a sneaky feeling that the French may do okay against Spain, they arent the best defensively and with Nasri, Ribery and Benzema around I fancy the French to make a few chances, if they take them Spain might struggle as they haven't looked anything like as creative this time around. England v Italy won't be a great watch but again it should be close, if England play like we did v Ukraine we'll go out but if Rooney's touch is sharper and if we can get Ashley Young into the game I think we can beat them, should only be one goal in it either way
