Who Will Step Up this Year?
It seems every year their is always a player who comes good or slightly less crap than usual. This year it was undeniably RVP. The season before it was Wilshere and the season before that it were Song. Whats your bet?
Walcott- Really needs to show some god damn consistency. Maybe he will get it if he plays upfront with RVP leaving (presuming he stays).
Ramsey- Frustrated a lot of us last year with his snail like pace and somewhat lack of flair but he must be good. He's English in a French team..........

The OX
Coquelin
Yennaris
Will keep a close eye on Afobe if he goes on loan as expected.
Not expecting anything special from Henderson after his long term injury but really hope he can put in some good performances.
Have not seen Eisfeld or Gnabry play but both have good reputations so keen to see what they can do, might see them in the Carling Cup.

Sticking my neck out and saying Gervinho, hes had his settling in year now + also did well against Southampton so hes off to a good start.

Diaby for the established players and Coquelin for the kids.
If Diaby can survive pre season and start the season then he may finally push on.

I reckon Gervinho will come good this year too, if he could just beabit more direct and clinical then he would be good, that are things he can be coached on so there's no reason why he won't.
He looked good last pre season though so won't read too much into yesterday.

Re: Who Will Step Up this Year?
If Koscielny could improve massively after his awful 1st season then I guess Gervinho can too but I'm not convinced at all.
Coquelin to finally the push the truly awful Song out of the team. Afobe could be another to watch plus Bartley?

BTW I went for Jenkinson because with Sagnas' injuries he will have to fill the void at RB.
