Praise be to G Jesus!
Praise be to G Jesus!
Welcome to the Arsenal. Gabbi J.
You may be the next coming of Henry and Wrighty, or you may be the next Francis Jeffers, who knows!?
I wish you luck in trying to score goals in a team that creates the square root of f***all most matches though.

Hmm, thanks for that Mc, it's interesting. Overall, better than a goal every two games, but most effective for City from out wide...a 66% return.
Very difficult to predict how he'll perform for us, because as Ralph says above he's moving from a side that creates chances for fun, to our lot who create virtually fuck all. Impossible to guess what Legohead has planned for him, but if he goes out wide, then I suppose it's Eddie up front and no place for Martinelli. I'd rather see Martinelli given a chance up front, but I can't see why they re-signed Eddie if they don't plan to use him.

Not sure there is a plan....looking at the transfer strategy its ....make it up as you go along....buy an ex Man City player or someone from Spain...and try and copy what Pep doesRetro Gunner wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 12:13 pmmcdowell42 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 11:37 am99 - Gabriel Jesus's 99 starts in the Premier League broken down by game position:

We need a few more creative midfield players

Re: Praise be to G Jesus!
I said the other day that I reckon Martinez-Lite sees Eddie the feather as the starting striker and augie had his period about that But I can't see why he'd give Eddie a new improved contract to play back up to Baby Jeebus. I think Martinez-Lite sees Baby Jeebus as a jack of all trades to be moved around as the situation dictates.... either that or Martinez-Lite has not got a scooby what he's doing.... oh, hang on....Retro Gunner wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 12:13 pmmcdowell42 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 11:37 am99 - Gabriel Jesus's 99 starts in the Premier League broken down by game position:

Isn't this picking and choosing stats just to make it look better? If you factor in he's actually played 159 premier league game, suddenly those stats aren't as good.mcdowell42 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 11:37 am99 - Gabriel Jesus's 99 starts in the Premier League broken down by game position:

Yep. Stats are horseshit. They tell us what we want them to tell us.NickF98 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 2:17 pmIsn't this picking and choosing stats just to make it look better?
