My membership pack arrived today and enclosed within was a leaflet for the 'Arsenal Fanshare'.

It is pretty well an identical scheme to the one that the
Arsenal Supporters Trust have been mooting for some time.

Are the Trust involved with the club with regards to this, I know that they were ...

Being the obsessive that i am i have to say that i have pretty well all of the fixture cards from 84ish onwards.

I am rather sad that over the years they have somewhat disappeared apart from the occasional monstrosoties that find their way into the membership packs.

I have booked a flight , £120.00 , and have my match ticket safely tucked away.

I eventually got in at 11.00 having began queueing at 10.00 and was able to pick up 2 together . Took 30 minutes for the payment to be authorised though .

i actually bought the Green/Navy away shirt in 1982 ..... indeed i still have it in my collection.

Two questions spring to mind :

1. What on earth possessed me to buy it in the first place and ....
2. .... how the fuck did i squeeze into it ?

Well ya know a Scouser had no shame in fleecing my bro for a ticket that they had procured by the same process in 2006 ..... so in a daft kinda way it would almost be 'poetic justice' or a case of 'what goes around , comes around'.

Well it the Arsenal get there i am hopeful of maybe picking up another ticket from the ensuing AFC ballot.

My brother also appiled to UEFA for two so we shall see what happens with that.

I am ssuming , maybe wrongly , that they have allocated me a ticket.
