I once played for Hackney in a London District Cup Final against Camden on the hallowed turf of Highbury. Game finished 0-0 and we shared the trophy.
We'd beaten Leon Knight's (went on to play for Chelsea and then Brighton, I think) Tower Hamlets side in the semis.

Also was presented with an award ...

Has he never heard of Western Union?

http://onlinegooner.com/exclusive/index.php?id=1123

Interesting article, which led me to wonder how many gooners actually do reckon that selling Henry was a mistake, or indeed who would want him back? Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but until halfway through last year the decision to let Henry go ...

I blame Thatcher for stopping the free milk at primary school. Even though next to none of our players are either English or old enough to have been at school when the crazy bitch was in power.

I second this. It is definitely Thatcher's fault.

It´s just another chance for them to prove themselves at the big stage and better they use it! And still,we hammered Porto at home,so why not getting a positive result away with some of the other players?

I'm fairly upbeat about the game too, and reckon a side consisting of Almunia, Eboue ...

Reckon Diaby might get a start on the left, and I predict Eboue will start on the right of midfield and play well for 70 mins before making way for Ramsey. Always nice to see Ramsey and Wilshere, but don't think either of them will start.

Bendtner should start and could do with a goal.
