Does the fact we play so much inexperience in the first team also help to attract the best youth players?

I am one of those that fear that wenger has had his best days with us and is now on a downward slope. Apart from the fact that I believe that he has brought us as far as he can, I also fear that if he stays on too longer he will maybe damage the memories and respect which he should hold forever ...
