Harry Redknapp / Gary Neville

In spirit of the New Year want to get my kickings in early.

Redknapp

I know he manages s***s, but does anyone else think he talks sense? His comments amount the FA cup being special last year, telling Spuds supporters they were a joke (they've obviously been spoiled winning so much -:) for booing ...

Watching QPR. God knows how they are not ahead. SWP looks good! Maybe not the original though.

Protest - we need one, but ground wide

Seen a few posts about protests for Swansea game. I sit in silence in Prawn sandwich level above the away fans, where to be honest it is difficult to get too animated or you'll upset tourists / families with kids and the Stasi will give you "one last chance or your out".

I think any protest has to ...

What is wrong?

Excellent post MJB.

We as supporters could see this thrashing coming. I'm glad (bollocks am I) it has, because it cannot be brushed under the carpet (but it will be). Our already patchy team has been weakened by events with no apparent plan to address this since before Jan 2010

Like you, I would ...

Were any of you at the game?

The Gooner has now become a one sided moan fest.

I agree we have a thin squad which is down to Wenger and the board, however I thought we showed heart and commitment today (even Nasri) and the players deserve credit for this not the menstrual moaning nearly every participant on here seems to enjoy ...

He can't be that good. (I'm being ironic BTW)

£80m Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd - Real Madrid)
£50m Fernando Torres (Liverpool - Chelsea)
£38m Sergio Aguero (Atletico Madrid - Man City)
£35m Andy Carroll (Newcastle - Liverpool)
£32.5m Robinho (Real Madrid - Man City

F*** Me.

A cheap day out at Arsenal?

I have to say I feel as though I'm getting mugged. We are the most expensive club in the Premier League.

Don't see why we should not be 4th most expensive -:)

Time will tell lads. Bit premature to accuse our Board and manager of failing the kick out and replenishment operation. Still think he was (a little bit) of what we needed.

I won't say what I honestly think till first match.

I just see him as DIRECT. Strong physical presence, 6ft 3in. If you get the impression I'm fed up with tippy tap..........

Connor Wickham

Despite arguments that Bendtner was (hopefully was) played out of position, I beg to differ. Agree re Championship though. as I said in previous response only time will say who was right.

Connor Wickham

He's a talented (young I agree) player who is DIRECT (not shouting just for emphasis). Mainly to put a marker down so in 4 years time I can say I saw his talent.

I am getting impatient with our summer of activity.

The Clowns are down Ha Ha Ha

Does not say a lot about us that we lost to them, but the lack of class shown by Barry Ferguson has now been repaid! Hope they eventually replace Luton in the non League scene
