We should see how he does, but I do think that other players who can actually put in a full season should be considered. Then there's the problem of where Woy will play him - an AM being played as a DM, etc. It screams of big-club-bias (If you can call us a big club with TOF's underachievement). Knowing Wilshere, he'll get injured again anyway.

Anyway, WC2010 killed any illusions for me that international football means anything.

I wouldn't worry as the national cry (including many on here) for Eric Dier will be so overwhelming that Woy will add him to the list of Spurs title winners in his starting XI. With him and the likes of Alli, Kane, Walker and Rose how could we possibly fail to win it

I am sick of the players making nice and being respectful opponents on their best behavior. Give me Diego Costa's cheating antics any day over nice guy Feo Wally. We have too many nice players with no on-field presence - none of our players strike a cord with opposition fans, and thats because they are not noticed due to having little to no personality.

Wilshere on the other hand gets jeered, because he in the refs face, never taking backward step, mixing it up with the opposition, - and its noticed by the fans who react accordingly.

Selling Wilshere would be a massive mistake.

I would love a team of hard men, as we had before. Although I'd take Adams and Vieira over a yapping chihuahua like Wilshere any day of the week. He is the textbook little bloke who is only hard when he has back-up.

He's finally back in training but still weeks away from actually making an appearance.

All this just makes him a liability on the few occasions he is fit to play! So by my reckoning that makes him shite and a liability when fit and a crocked embarassment the rest of the time! So sell sell sell!!!
