Yet again our prem title challenge (yeah right!) is over long before the end of the season... wenger the camel toe.

They end in Feb, they always end in Feb. The CL KO stage is the touch paper, which then triggers the dip in form before and after the actual game, the inexplicable league losses, the FA cup exits.... the wheel wobble, then they start coming off completely, then the roof falls in, that's our Februaries. Then the pick up, the dust ourselves off, the mental strength press conferences and the relentless pursuit for 4th begins.... rinse & repeat, rinse and...........

West Ham have only lost twice at home all season, a win here would be unlikely but impressive if it happened.

Watford are shit / coasting and we caught Everton at a very good time. West Ham will be much tougher to win, looking forward to it.

I genuinely wouldn't count arsenal out of the title race just yet. It looks unlikely that Leicester will collapse but you never know, every game that passes sees the pressure ramped up and none of their players have much experience of it. They're doing enough, just, but I think they'll drop at least 8 points by the end of the season.

If they do then it's up to you to win every game. It's a big ask but you've only really got man city away that looks frightening and they've been hit and miss this season. I can understand the negativity, I wouldn't be putting money on arsenal winning the title but you never know.

They're doing what champions do though, scraping a win when it could have been a draw or a loss. I can't see them losing it now.

Yeah scraping a win...should have had a man sent off and a penalty awarded to Southampton, if that was Arsenal that what would have happened

Leicester supposedly had the stuffing knocked out of them when we beat them 2-1 in the last minute. They went on to win 5 out of 6 (the other a draw), whilst we floundered like a fish out of water.

Leicester are not going to F it up. And even if they did falter and we got within touching distance - the pressure is back on for which he cant cope.

Leicester are not celebrating anything, whilst Wenger wants credit for ending the horror run - a sign of our 'mental purity' he says. Leicester are a serious team who know they have achieved nothing, they are not seeking credit for imaginary victories, or wanting credit for 'mental strengh'.

This is the absurdity of it all, Leicester could call it quits, and could realistically ask for credit and admiration because for them, what they achieved is mind blowing even if they capitulated and ended up simply with a CL place. Yet they are not settling, and want to go all the way and win the league. We on the other hand, a giant in English football with the second largest stadium, with a host of internationals some of which are the very best (Cech, Ozil, Sanchez), have a manager who wants to bask in glory simply by qualifying for the CL. Why does a club like Leicester, have more seriousness and professionalism about them, than we do about ourselves?

This is the first ever glimpse of the title for Leicester in god knows how long - and they are playing like they have been doing it every year, winning week to week and not letting up. Wenger's Arsenal have quite a few times been within distance of the title - yet we play haplessly and flter under pressure.

Leicester have proven they are better than us under pressure. Leicester are more serious and professional than we have proven to be.

Based on what ?? Simpson was running back to cover the goals and had his arms tight to his body when the ball hit his elbow.......explain to me where the intent or the move of the hand towards the ball or where the hand and arm were in an un-natural position, cos I certainly don't see it I dont like the chav manure reject (simpson) but lets be fair and recognise an accidental handball for what it was.
For the second "handball", huth went to block the cross and it ricocheted off his foot and onto his hand from 1 yard away - how or where is he supposed to put his hand if he has to also consider the possibilities of the ball ricocheting ??

TBF Sky are in raptures at the thought of Leicester, or even better, Spurs winning it.

I thought given the circumstances it was a penalty, without adopting a bunker mentality, if that was us it would have been given. Seriously can you imagine Mertesacker doing that??? Actually most of us couldn't because he would never have been able to make up the ground so would never have been in that position, but you know what I mean.........

Its good for us that Leicester keep winning

1. It finally seems to have quietened down the Spuds thread as even our biggest masochists can now see that any fear of them winning the league long since subsided
2. Keeps the pressure off us, which means we carrying on playing the sort of football we did in the last 2 league games. If Leicester went on a losing streak of 2-3 games, I guarantee that we'd be back playing the same "gripped by fear" shite that we did through most of Feb and March

The players seem to have conceded the title which can only be a good thing as they should not be feeling the pressure, that has seen us implode. Palace draw was a good result for us. A draw is the predictable result, a win really puts us back in it. Sunderland are fighting, having watched Leicester's last 3 matches they were lucky to get those 1-0 wins. If we have learnt anything over the years fat sam loves putting one over the team at the top.
