Arsenal - thanks for the memories.....

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I know TH7 and IW8 are considered our best by most but for me it will always be DB10 (The real one not the Dwarf), a selection of goals for your delight (not my vid so props to the original poster):

Oh and in the second last goal can anyone see any of our current crop of strikers staying on their feet the way he does to score? :banghead:

Oh and remember when we were allowed to shoot from outside the box :barscarf:

I remember these away kits in my early years of following the club. I never hated blue as our away colour, as a result. I know that yellow is our away colour, but I never had a problem with blue

Only half as good as TH14 in my opinion!

Two things;

1. Who the fuck is TH7?? :rubchin:

2. Fuck you.

Totally agree though, Bergkamp was the greatest ever. Henry had a hell of a lot but even he wasn't on Bergkamp's level. 8)

Tainted forever by association with the 3.2 second hat-trick scored by Fowler ( :cussing: )at Anfield in '94 I’m afraid.

But I too quite liked the lightning bolt kit.

I think you quoted the wrong kit there for the Liverpool game  Then again, we did beat Auxerre in the CWC with it. I like how that one mirrored the home kit (which I have already praised earlier in the thread).

It's amazing how kits can be associated to a single game. Like Manure's grey kit when they were getting battered at Southampton

Thanks for the memories my fucking arse! He should fuck off and feel ashamed for the last !2 years he has put us through!
There will be no sweet sorrow from me just joyous celebration when he eventually gets to fuck out of our club!
So thanks but no thanks he should be made to feel he is as welcome as peter fucking sutcliff at a battered whores support group

Not quite understood what this brilliant thread is about. Plenty of pre 96 nostalgia on here.

3.2 seconds that's a mighty fast hat-trick

And the kit is great-looking I won't even compare it to the contemporary homoerotic outfit :barscarf:
