WBA HOME GAME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I wont be. I have no heed in watching this. Another pointless game, so we can end up in a competition next season that we have no hope of winning, oh the excitement.

I have never cared less about the end of the season as I do now, if we lose every game then so be it, I will never want us to lose but for the first time won't care if we do. :|

At the moment, anything that might hasten AW's departure would be welcomed by me.

The only probelm is; I hate Pulis as much as anybody in football and I couldn't stomach his ugly face if they beat us.

However, I don't expect any great improvement. I think we'd need to fluke a two-goal lead to develop any kind of confidence.

I still can't bring myself to cheer against us when I'm watching matches and before any lippy wanker says otherwise its got nothing to do with being a "superfan" or having any sort of air of superiority - I just can't do it.

Best thing all round for me is not to watch the match at all and then when I see the final result just go "oh well". That's a tactic that's worked for me throughout this season's CL where I still to this day haven't seen any of the footage from either Bayern or Barca away......just couldn't give a shit. If I'd watched the games no doubt I'd be driven to despair so probably best to avoid this whole sorry episode

This game is bound to be a win for us. I've lost count of the amount of times, that slimy French prick seems to be under pressure, and then pulls a result out of his ass.

I can't remember a time when I was looking forward to a game less than this (well, at least since last Sunday). So I decided not to bother, and to watch it on TV instead, and both my tickets were snapped up on the Exchange. Say what you like about tourists, but they have their uses. But what a sad indictment, not even particularly wanting to go.

Even I have given up now. I was bullish before the WH game, worked out all the permutations, at 2-0 up we were going to win it, and then as usual, it all goes tits up. Even at 1-0 v Palace, we were still just alive....win against WBA and you never know, Spurs at Chelsea May 2nd, then I realise even if they lose, Man C will do us over.

Think I will go and watch a re-run of Frasier...he never lets you down.

I just seen this on twitter. Whether many fans will do it or not, is another thing.

Leaving in the 75th minute as opposed to the 80th, that'll show em :coffeespit:

Some bloke on Arsenal Fan TV, who's every other word was "blud" suggested it.
Robbie asked him the relevence of 75 and he said it was the first number that came into his head.

Not sure how many would bother coming back though....
