The Banner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

A no nonsense message that isnt sugarcoated or cryptic but a message that everyone can agree on. I swear I cannot wait.

Wengers days are numbered. Its all about momentum and keeping the pressure on. :barscarf:

Fantastic news, old chap. I hope it contains the words 'fuck off' and Wenger in the same sentence. That, or just a massive middle finger. Well done for having the bottle to do it.

Arsenal steward manhandling and physically obstructing a press photographer from taking photos of the Wenger Out banners. Thanks to Redsenga for the pic.

That is fucking disgraceful. Nazi bastards. :x

Lads, I hope the new banner has some impact - but please tell me it is not abusive. An abusive banner loses us every inch we might have gained in terms of the media asking "Well why are these Gooners upset?" and maybe getting the ball rolling on removing Wenger. Abusive banners will just be dismissed by the media (and the board) as the work of spoilt kids or chavs. :|

Not really aimed at you and this banner, buddy - more a comment about the suggestions above that we use banners saying "fuck off" etc. The banners so far have been brilliant tbh. 8) I'm just hoping someone doesn't try to be clever and go get an abusive one made and let everyone down.

Yea, this is true. You never know what some silly people could do. It would taint and devalue the whole campaign.

if there is any way i can contribute i will, but knowing us our support will be largely placated by that superb victory of wba and a place in the top 4, all will be forgiven

The c--t deserves abuse mate because he has been abusing his position and the people who pay his extortionate wages for years.

Its because we've been so fucking polite and respectful that that that wanker is still fucking here and still taking so many fucking liberties. We have been too soft on him. He has no respect for us, he is not at all afraid of us. He is a massive fucking c--t who knows damn well he wouldnt get away with what he does at Arsenal anywhere else.

I understand your point about the media ... but frankly fuck the media. Who cares about them or what they say. They're all pathetic. Arsenal fans should only do what is right for Arsenal. Which is to hound Wenger out ASAP!

Even now in the media people are still defending Wenger so bollocks to the lot of 'em. Nothing but a bunch of spineless fuckers who are frightened to express a real opinion because they are all part of the old boys club where they feed odd each other for their own self-serving agendas.

Overrated pricks like Henry Winter are now finally seeing the light ... having spent most of the last 10 years on his fucking knees pandering to Wenger. Repeating the nauseating and misleading myths that have protected him for so long.

Jamie Carragher says in his coluimn today how there will be a buzz on the opening day next season at several clubs - then asks if there will be one at Arsenal. 'No' he says ... before then going on to say he wants Wenger to get his last year as he has earned it. So Arsenal fans just have to write off a whole season for the sake of one very selfish arrogant old man! Why?

Wenger lives off past glories in a way no other manager is allowed to. Alf Ramsey won the world cup ... 7 years later he got sacked for not qualifying for another world cup after failing to beat a very good Poland side who went on the the semi final. Hadn't Alf earned the right to decide to leave when he wants? Of course not! It's a fucking ridiculous thing to say.

Wenger has earned to right to one more year ... of being abused!

Whatever the banners say, well done to everyone involved. Unless its a banner defending Wenger I have no problem with it at all.

But I welcome abusive banners every bit as much as polite ones.
