Well done lads. Good to see it at home. I really hope that the 'Thanks for the memories' banner gets an outing on the lap of dishonour after the Villa game.armchair wrote:These are the guys who are to be congratulated.
Redsenga and NickF off this forum who had been planning this for weeks only to have it hijacked and sabotaged by those fuckin arsehole fangroups.
The plan was always to raise our banners at 90mins when the tourists etc had left and the only thing for the cameras was us. They stuck to the plan but had it sabotaged by self-serving #flipflopping c unts
Take a bow lads.......

it wasnt a disaster people, it was a success. more and more people now know that the support for the manager is at an all time low, so dont feel down about it, if this happened a year ago there would have been a few dozen at most so well done to all involved and great that the message has got out once more.

Re: Protest Saturday
Despite that arsewipe Redknapp and his chums deeming it pointless because fewer than 50,000 joined in - the reality is this would have been unthinkable even a few short months ago. It is so frustrating to see people chanting TO1AW and some cringeworthy banners held up in riposte - but then we all knew that the home crowd is stuffed full of brainwashed idiots who would defend Wenger to the hilt even if he got us relegated and started murdering children.REB wrote:it wasnt a disaster people, it was a success. more and more people now know that the support for the manager is at an all time low, so dont feel down about it, if this happened a year ago there would have been a few dozen at most so well done to all involved and great that the message has got out once more.
Honestly cannot believe how hell-bent Sky are on protecting Wenger, it's baffling. All of the other outlets have realised that the tide has been turning and to be honest there's not a lot of mileage for them in covering the same Arsenal bottle-job collapse every year - having a new manager in like Liverpool have with Klopp makes for much better stories and headlines. Look at the coverage Everton have gotten with smaller protests against Martinez. Consider the context with our clueless home crowd who dine upon whatever shit is shovelled their way with glee, that Wenger was still utterly untouchable and unquestionable until about 2 years ago. At no other club would so many people holding up clear messages against their manager at a home game be brushed aside so nonchalantly - the media have been doing their best for 3 years to stoke United fans into hounding Moyes/van Gaal out.
That said I entirely understand the frustrations with the fan groups. BSM had a lot of support on here initially but they have faltered because they have refused to express any opinion on the biggest issue facing our club for years now - the manager. And all of a sudden they crawl out of the woodwork just as other fans are organising proper banners etc (and doing a great job) - whilst the publicity was welcome it all descended into childishness with counter-banners, selfies etc.
We are a laughing stock and all those fucking mugs shelling out a fortune for a ST who still deign it necessary to sing TO1AW deserve everything they get.
Re: Protest Saturday
Agree with Reb. I am not as depressed as most. For a man of his ego to see that in the bowl that he built must have been a real kick in the balls. He probably thought there would be half a dozen at most. He loves to think he is idolised. He now knows that a large chunk of the support wants him gone. I think if the pressure is kept up he'll decide to take his bat and ball home.

Not this summer mate. Not a cat in hell's chance will he walk away in the middle of a contract and have to implicitly accept that he's not the best man for the job and that the club's better off without him.Chippy wrote:Agree with Reb. Might walk away at the end of his deal next year when he can claim it is to find a new challenge or some similar bollocks - especially if he announces he's going a few months before in which case it will just be a rolling Wenger love-in between then and the end of the season.
Things are going to get very ugly at games next year when it inevitably goes tits up again.

Re: Protest Saturday
I too am p*ssed off at RA and BSM for usurping what could have been a very effective protest by a dedicated group of Gooners who have been voicing their frustration and anger from the very beginning of the Anti-Wenger argument. RA & BSM Wankers have interfered yet again - They don't do anything for years - other than put their tongues up wengers sweaty crack - even when called upon they have been conspicuous by their absence and lack of action. .....Yesterday's protest (not including RA & BSM apologist little bits of paper) would have had more impact because it would have taken some parts of the club and media by surprise....And as we all know un-expected events get in the news... rather than announce it to the world's press - which is what RA & bsm did..."Ooooh look at us we're going to hold up some pieces of paper in an apologetic way" .... Had the pieces of paper said "WENGER OUT! " then at least they could not be (rightly) accused of sitting on the fence (yet again)...
By interfering the way they did - It gave 'expectation' to the media who were then waiting for something akin to the storming of the Bastille, which we all knew was not going to be the case (that comes later!
) ....Yesterday was the First Small Step in what (sadly) is going to be a long arduous journey and fight against a "Regime" - A bunch of Money making MotherFuckers who care not one iota about the fans and the long held Values and Traditions of The Arsenal...For those cuntts it is ALL about Profit and Appearance - The content is Rotten...and wenger is at the core of that.
I too was depressed yesterday - NOT by the re-action of the tourists/akb's - They for once got off their jacksies and actually made a noise...So THAT Alone shows we have had an affect, an impact on their drab lives.... I agree with Reb and Chippy do NOT Let this get you down - It is merely the beginning of a long drawn out fight with the cunnts who are trying to steal our club and team - Who are trying to get rid of the likes of 'Us'...why? Because we hold the Values and Traditions AND History of the club in our very hearts and blood - We see the Truth of what they are doing - And we refuse to back down, we refuse to Go Way...We are going to get Louder and Stronger and Right In Their Faces....
Don't Give Up Gooners!
Wenger will have been seething and cringing last night - I bet the fuckker didn't sleep too well either! GOOD YOU LYING CUN.T!...
WENGER & AKB'S OUT
REAL GOONERS IN!

Respect to all the lads who protested inside Cashburton. Especially as it's been made very clear how many brainwashed AKB club-killers are surrounding them. I am still disgusted that these fuckers think it's acceptable to abuse and assault people who want the manager out for years of persistent failure.armchair wrote:These are the guys who are to be congratulated.

I think we must continue the fight. It should not be a surprise that Cashburton is AKB central. Any protest inside the bowl is another slap in the face to TOF. Keep the protests going. Hold up banners and placards at 90 minutes and keep up pressure on the club to stop any chance of a contract extension.
To be honest, his departure next year is the best we can hope for. If we can stop this extension.northbank123 wrote:Not this summer mate. The only way he will leave is if his contract expires and he isn't offered another contract, or fan pressure makes him reject the offer to stay. That is why pressure must be kept up on the club to stop the extension happening and fucking us up until 2019 or 2020.
2016-17 will be yet another dead rubber season, but it will be so worth it if he finally fucks off next summer.

Re: Protest Saturday
I'm not sure he would have lost too much sleep over what he saw yesterday. Why? Because he's deluded. You heard his sermon in the press conference. He still believes it's only a couple of egotists with an agenda rather than hardcore fans and that's how he'll convince himself and the AKBs that there's nothing to worry about.

Cant agree - it wasn't the lack of numbers holding up the placards that bothered me cos I know that the vast majority wouldn't have received the e-mail or bothered printing them off. What really bothered me was how a group of fans were "allowed" to get a rendition of to1aw going and hold up banners supporting le cock

I took a decision 2 seasons ago that I wasn't going to attend another home match or give the club another penny as long as the French c.unt stays in charge - yesterday told me that it was a right decision cos it took me out of a situation like yesterday that would def have seen me involved in a scrap and facing a banning order

Reb would say that wouldnt he, considering hes a big BSM supporter?Chippy wrote:Agree with Reb. I am not as depressed as most. They weren't nearly as 'understanding' of the Arsenal protests mind. Thousands of empty seats ignored and dismissive of the large amount of people waving banners. Fucking bizarre.![]()
Exactly can't people see the media are closing ranks in support of Arsene. Martinez 'has to go' and some lame plane with a banner that no can see gets lots of coverage. Yes it was surprising that Arsene still has a lot of support, but plenty of people didnt turn up and many turned up just to show their displeasure.
Re: Protest Saturday
So what happens now?
Will BSM, RedAction be continuing "Time for Change" at the remaining games or is this it?

Who knows. That message was stolen from my banner and now they've tainted it.NickF wrote:So what happens now?

They're quite busy updating their statuses and posting instagram selfies with their fans.
They've set us back. Thats for sure. We had momentum until yesterday. Now I feel defeated for the first time

Augie, havent you shown here the very reason you SHOULD have been there yesterday rather than it telling you that you made the right decision?augie wrote:

Why did no-one start a "you don't know what you're doing" chant when he took off iwobi ? Because it was always gonna be a surefire 3pts (cos Norwich are shit), I knew that yesterday's match was never the kind of fixture we needed cos we got the old "a win will shut them up" argument, but the manner of the victory should have sparked a huge level of outrage (no shot on target in first half
) from the fans but there was almost nothing

I'm not having a go because I understand you giving up your ST as I have done the same thing for pretty much the same reasons.
But in hindsight, isn't it because the likes of you and many others with similar views and passion have given up going that the whole place is the way it is now?
