Heres more evidence of Wengers man management skills, from Ray Parlours new book apparently...

When Parlour went back to train with the squad in 2006 he was apparently shocked by the lack to team spirit, and there was a toxic atmosphere in the squad with Team Captain Gallas and Fabregas ignoring each other

Whilst it is common players do not get on with each other, Parlour said Wenger did not get involved as he does not like confrontation

Decided last night to go against my previous decision and am planning on purchasing parlour's book - generally speaking I dont like reading modern day footballers books cos most of them are chav f.uckers who live identical lives to that of the hundreds of players in the premier league I especially dont like reading books from the ex players who still have wengers cock in their mouth and who constantly defend him in public Parlour's career with us spans two different era's though, so I intend buying it to read stories from his time in the TA6 era

I downloaded frank mc lintock's book but I havent started reading it yet but I am looking forward to it

We constantly perform with spirit and belief. If we need more mods we are certain that the answer lies within. You wouldn't know about it as you haven't been modding for thirty years.

I am certain that there is a small minority with their own personal agenda that are trying to unsettle the mods. I don't think that minority are true fans of moderating.

Pretty much my position too except I would go a bit further and say that the reason I think the protests are not effective is that the party you're protesting about has to give a shit what you think.................Arsenal don't.
They should and if the protests were coupled with player unrest and departure then as a joint thing they'd have to have some impact but on their own I don't think they'll do much.

let me make this very clear.......It isn't that I don't want them to work. It isn't that I'm some closet AKB. It isn't that I don't think it is right. It's just my honest feeling that these thick twats running this club are impervious to them on their own, that's all.

I also wouldn't shed a tear if Wenger went this summer. He won't though and he will at least see out his contract. I pray that he doesn't sign another one but you can bet your life he'll be offered the opportunity to.

Having said that, I'll never hate him with the vitriol shown by some. He has done some great things for this club in the past. I will never forget the pleasure of watching that team from 98-2004. Just blatant lies. Deliberately said to mislead people and to portray himself as someone battling on bravely against the odds. I wish someone who was there when Wenger said that recently had just simply asked him to name one player he was forced to sell. And then asked him to briefly explain how it came about ... because are we seriously meant to think there was a scenario where Wenger had to say Fabregas:

''Cesc, can you come into my office I have something important to tell you ... we are going to have to let you go in the summer. I know you are our captain and that you do not want to leave this club but we need to do this or the club will not survive. I've contacted Barcelona and they are willing to take you.''

One minute Wenger is moaning that his players were getting tapped up, the next minute he says he had no choice but to sell them. Which one is it? It cant be both. Its actually neither. He is just a compulsive liar.

Lads the only way that we lose a bundle on ozil is if he is openly agressive about looking to leave cos this will weaken the clubs negotiating position. You gotta remember that ozil has created the most goals in the league this season (and set a new record into the bargain I think), and he has recently be awarded Germany's national team player of the year - his stock wont have dropped that much in europe and especially back in germany where I expect ancelotti to push hard to sign him this summer.
