For example unfair dismissal is capped at 1 years salary up to around £78k. This is a constructive dismissal case granted, and a bit more complicated, but to say she can determine the amount she sues for is nonsense. This is determined by law.Redarmy wrote:LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:Ok then wait for her book to come out and multiple interviews bagging loads of dosh, I bet she already has an agent, it's all about money, I've seen ten times worse at workplaces, she was in a job where tensions run high ffsnut flush gooner wrote:Hold on have any of you guys actually read up on the tribunal? That suggests that she is doing this out of principal rather than trying to squeeze every last penny out of her former employer.
Why would you go through the humiliation of a tribunal, if all you was after was a decent payout?????
For me it's as much seeing how much Chelski and Maureen will squirm.
This first meeting was to lift the cap on a payout...she will not accept £1.2 million....but not about money....
i would do the same, fuck them take them for everything you can
Go back to you ivory towers mate in HR.....

Yep as I said I have heard much much worse and most people have to get on with it or leave their job and find another one, why does she have the right to probably never have to work again after a little spat.
Surely a years salary is more than enough
