Others could be Janssen (who the Scum are allegedly after), Barbosa, Icardi.
bony is nowhere near good enough. rather vardy tbh. everyone on here said aubymang was shit when he was in france!!! now he's be all and end all.
I don't think we will sign anyone
I hope you're wrong.
We need a fast striker who does more than provide a body for the rest of the team to bounce balls off of.

Do not think Vardy will join......and have absolutely no confidence in Arsenal making the right signings

We have the lamp post and go for Vardy.
WENGER OUT
I have a sneaky feeling that vardy will end up with the scum - he is away with the engerland squad at the mo and will doubtless have mongoliod kane, ali, rose and dier in his ear pushing him to sign for them If they have vardy and kane up front next season it will be a strike force to strike fear into every defence and would almost be as good as citeeh and dare I say barca's ?
So engerland have a strike force to put the fear of god into spain, germany, france , belguim , wales , we will see , seen to many feared strike partnerships come to a big fat zero
England have a vastly over-rated keeper, an absolutely woeful defence and a midfield that they seem unable to maximise (and that has been the way as long as I have watched football) but they do have a goalscoring front 2 in vardy and mongoloid. Put that combination up front for Germany and they would be unbackable for the euro's

We've been crying out for a world class striker since JVP departed and it's a massive gamble on last season not being a one off for him.
It's a fair question, but I'm not sure how many of those 34 league games in 2014/2015 he actually started - as far as I can recall he wasnt a regular starter under pearson, so if thats the case it begs the question as to whether the fault lies with pearson, or whether vardy's ability and/or attitude didnt merit the starters position
To be fair to him, I'm not sure he played as the CF in those games, pretty sure he was on the flank, remember him destroying United from there at their ground.
He only got 5 goals but also got 12 assists which ain't a bad tally for someone playing wide, we'd take those numbers from Walcott that's for sure.
Can't see the move happening now anyway which will be a shame, the team is too comfy and he would have added some spark.
TeeCee wrote:We're supposedly close to signing just what we need..........another midfielder!! Henrikh Mkhitaryan for 25m?? Well if that happened then Wilshere must be out the door because the last thing we need is another playmaker in midfield!!
He (Mkhitaryan) is a player I would be very happy for us to sign, he dribbles with the ball, takes people on and delivers quality balls in the box.
more of a wide player than a midfield playmaker, for me him feeding Giroud with Xhaxa anchoring and releasing Sanchez / Henry with his quality distribution will be a definite upgrade.

Ibrahimovic is a massive signing for United and just the type of forward Mourihno loves if you ask me - forget his age, he is quality and his attitude is contagious and very Mourihno.
Pogba will be fantastic at City and Pep and Jose will both be spending big.
I'd love to see the Foxes keep their side together and even improve it just to spite the 'big clubs' - they may have to throw off in the Champs League but who cares - not like they could win it.
Wenger's legacy is starting to look like it will be a second rate squad particularly if Sanchez departs. I predict 6th in 16/17.
I f.ucking hope that it is contagious cos he is a slow, lazy arrogant cock who will throw the dummy out of the pram if things are not going his way I would rather sign ulloa (never mind vardy) ahead of ibrahimovich
Yeah wouldn't want one of those slow lazy arrogant cocks that score 53 goals in 54 games at out club.
As regards Vardy he has used the Arsenal to get himself a £30/40 Grand a week pay rise........
Cannot blame him for getting the maximum he can, i blame our negotiating team to allow this to happen
Can they not get a deal closed off? apparently not......£130k a week, high profile club living in London, CL and we still cannot get a little shit from FUCKING LEICESTER???? WTF is going on???
Been a disgrace now for years and lurching from one disaster to the next, it is making the club a laughing stock, i am totally sick of it
Tell you what Wenger buy a couple more midfielders you clueless wanker....when are we getting a Striker and CB FFS

It's more likely that he doesn't want to play out on the left for us.
Augie you should be sectioned for suggesting that a partnership of Vardy and Kane would be almost as good as Neymar, Suarez and Messi. Think about that for a minute.

I could play in that psg team in that French league and score 53 goals in 54 games ffs The premier league might be nowhere near the quality level that it used to be, but it is still miles ahead of a piss poor French league

Ok I went a bit ott there, but it would be as good as any strikeforce in the premier league and would scare the bejesus out of me with our shit defence

They might be. But then they might not be able to play together. Who knows. Of the 2 I'd take Fat Tongue off the scum, but as it's unlikely they will ever sell us another player after the Sol thing, I'd still take a punt on Vardy. We might only get 2 or 3 seasons out of him but it would still be worth the risk. We have to be pragmatic I think. We are not signing any of the world's top strikers, our fucktards on the board don't know how to do that apparently, so we need to take the best we can get. Yep, welcome to North London giants The Arsenal in 2016.
