I think we need to take some control back in the Vardy saga.

I think that after the Russia game we should give him two or three days to make a decision or tell him we've changed our mind.

There's been some shameful stuff going on at the club recently and letting him keep us dangling, with the increasing likelihood of him turning us down would be humiliating.

Now I'm not sure if the deal has been done or not but let's be honest here, he's playing for England in front of a mixture of club supporters and I'm sure many from Leicester so why would he want to get dogs abuse from those supporters while he is trying to concentrate on his game.

If I was him I would keep quiet until after the tournament, so many on here panicking its fukin hilarious.

Wait till after the euros are done and we will see.

So in the meantime what should we do ? If he hasn't made a decision (or at least notified the clubs about his decision) then waiting around for another month will see other potential targets snapped up by our rivals. Waiting like this only makes sense if he has agreed to join cos we are the one's that stand to lose out if we sit on our arses for the next month

unless the club are planning this all along so when he says no, they have the excuse its too late to sign anyone else decent, and they get to save the money and wenger hasn't got to admit his mistake in keeping faith in giroud by having to buy a new striker...

that's a wild conspiracy but to me seems highly plausible for wenger.

The problem is, not making top 4 would not be enough for him to be sacked. The Board (and most of our sheep-like fans) would say he has "earned the right" to try and get top 4 back the following season.
