As stated in my email to the club my reasons for giving up our 2 season tickets next season.
Wenger's impending contract renewal
Giroud being named as number 1 striker by the old dinasaur
and the scummy AKB fans that are all around our area in block 6
Someone needs to pojnt out to him that Ozil still created lots of "chances" after the new year, the fucking strikers didn't convert them to turn them into "assists".
Methinks, someone is a tad worried by the Vardy speculation....
If Giroud gets moved on but we keep Walcott it will be laughable.
Wenger's loyal to both of them anyway, I predict they both stay and Oxlade-Chamberlain leaves. Walcott's in a loveless marriage with Arsenal that will go on forever and Giroud's far more useful anyway, could team him up with Vardy and Sanchez in a 4-3-3

Not a chance he'll go. For a start nobody else on our level will give him regular first-team football and nobody will match his wages.
As you say Wenger is fiercely loyal to him (to the extent that he's been protected as our striker from any serious competition for four years) and if we do sign Vardy he will be viewed as a wing option.

Giroud is far superior to Feo, but that ain't saying much! I'd keep Giroud if we were to play him in a system that suits him with another more mobile striker alongside him. If not, then get rid, as he simply is not cut out for the lone striker role in a 4-5-1.
Can't see the Ox wanting to leave as he'd have to take a serious pay cut elsewhere, so he'll only go if Wenger wants him gone, which I can't see either tbh.
If we got rid of those two we would save a reported quarter of a million a week, plus what they earn in goal bonuses - so quarter of a million pound in total.
We could use that cash on far more productive and worthwhile endeavours such as flushing 5,000 £50 notes down the toilet every week.

Whilst he's been subjected to muted grumblings with us, he's been roundly booed whilst on duty internationally so probably feels vindicated some what.........still plenty of tournament time for the French to turn on him if things are not going their way. He can go a consecutive run of scoring, as well as not scoring. What I would say is after watching Morata somehow avoid scoring in that Spanish match against the Czechs. I'd rather stick with Giroud than spend £50m on a striker that can't score when he's got Silva, Cesc and Iniesta putting them on a plate for him. We've only got Ozil.

Think Morata got a brace yesterday and was close to a hat-trick, but we'd still rather have Giroud with his one
Tbh neither are anywhere near good enough, Morata has still not proved himself prolific or consistent and Giroud never will be, if we had a decent Manager i'd be expecting him to move heaven and earth to buy serious quality, Wenger well, enough said when Olly is your main striker for 4 years and can't get more than 15/16 league goals in a season....
I'm a Giroud fan, but you can't compare him with Morata anyway, one turns 30 early next season and has already reached the top level his talent will allow, the other turns only 24 next season and already has 100+ appearances for Real Madrid and Juventus under his belt.

true but he has not hit 1 in 2 strike rate that is a minimum requirement for a top striker. I think its 1 in 4, hasnt hit double figures at all. Another Walcot in the making.
